By downloading, installing, or using Visionix Player ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Visionix Player is an IPTV player application designed for Samsung Smart TV. The App allows users to stream content from their own IPTV service providers using Xtream Codes API or M3U playlists.

Important: Visionix does NOT provide any IPTV services, channels, movies, series, or any content. We are solely a media player application. Users must have their own valid IPTV subscription from a third-party provider.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use only legally obtained IPTV services and credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App to access copyrighted content without proper authorization

4. Premium Subscription

Visionix Player offers a free trial period and optional premium subscription for enhanced features.

• Free trial: 30 days with full access to all features
• Premium subscription: Unlocks all features after the trial period
• Subscription is tied to your device ID
• Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (iyzico)

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and all content created by Visionix, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will be compatible with all IPTV services
• All features will work with every IPTV provider

7. Limitation of Liability

Visionix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any content accessed through the App
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any third-party IPTV service issues

8. Third-Party Services

The App connects to third-party IPTV services that are not operated by Visionix. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
